CHICAGO

January 24-26 & 29th

Nightclub sensation Velma (Catherine Zeta-Jones) murders her philandering husband, and Chicago's slickest lawyer, Billy Flynn (Richard Gere), is set to defend her. But when Roxie (Renée Zellweger) also winds up in prison, Billy takes on her case as well -- turning her into a media circus of headlines. Neither woman will be outdone in their fight against each other and the public for fame and celebrity.

"Thank you for coming to see  Chicago!   I hope you are ready for a fun and spicy show.  The first thought when Chicago comes to mind are the risque costumes and violence.  While we did not shy away from those things we wanted to highlight the confidence  and power of women.  In a time when women were still trying to be heard and seen as more than objects to be owned, Chicago showcases the women using the stereotypes of what a woman is to their advantage.  Women are soft, sensual, weak beings that would never do such things.  In this production you will see women taking control and owning the stage!

We hope you enjoy the show!"
